Tracking and analytics

Know which channels drive your bookings.

Many hotels can see visits but not bookings. HotelierKit wires the measurement from the first click to the moment a guest heads into your booking engine, and keeps it working.

Wired once, kept maintained

The full measurement stack, in the plan.

AI bidding and AI recommendations are only as good as the data behind them, so we wire it once and keep it maintained as your site and the platforms change.

  • GA4 and Google Tag Manager, configured for hotels
  • Clicks to book, availability searches, calls, emails and forms
  • Consent mode v2 with a managed cookie banner

What is included

Every piece, set up for you.

GA4

Configured for hotels, with booking events that mean something.

Google Tag Manager

One managed container, so tags are added in one place and kept in order.

Booking engine events

Clicks to book and availability searches tracked, and the engine set up for cross-domain measurement.

Conversion goals

Form submissions, calls and emails counted as conversions your ad platforms can learn from.

Search Console

Indexing and query data connected and visible in your dashboard.

Consent and cookies

A banner that follows the rules, with Google Consent Mode so measurement degrades gracefully, not completely.

Marketing out of the dark

See what your marketing actually delivers.

Whoever runs your marketing, in-house or agency, works from the same tracked conversions you can see in your dashboard. Spend decisions start from evidence instead of the loudest report.

Questions

Before you ask

Do you track bookings inside my booking engine?

We track everything on your website, including clicks to book and availability searches, and set the booking engine up so the guest's journey can be followed across to it. Whether the completed booking itself reaches GA4 depends on the engine; we configure what yours supports and tell you plainly where the gaps are.

We already have GA4. Do we need this?

Most of the value is in the setup: key events for bookings, cross-domain configuration, consent mode and tagged campaigns. If yours is already right, we keep it. If it is not, it is fixed as part of the migration.

What about server-side tracking?

It is available as a paid service for properties that want ad platforms fed with first-party data as browser rules tighten. The standard setup is included in the platform fee.
